UoB is a dynamic organization that exists to embrace and embody the authentic nature of masculinity. 

Our mission is to provide unwavering support for men through an array of transformative offerings, including men's retreats, online council meetings, individual mentorship, and training opportunities.

Our healing retreats are a powerful container for newcomers, and a refreshing change for those who have previously attended men's circles or spiritual retreats in the past.

At UoB, we embrace a unique and accepting approach to men's retreats, free from dogma or orthodox. 

We operate under a simple yet powerful set of principles that guide our path to self-discovery.

Our pillars of Vulnerability, Accountability, Service, Integrity, Courage, Discipline, Trust and Compassion, provide a sturdy foundation that upholds our collective mission and our duty as men in this changing world.

As a passionate and expressive community of men, we also work alongside other organizations and practitioners, in service to all men, from young adults to esteemed elders, so that we always offer robust and fresh containers. 

We hold containers with utmost intention and accountability, and our call to action is not for the faint of heart. It is a call to break free from the cycles of victimhood and shame that have long stifled our growth.

We operate from a place of love, anchored in truth, but unafraid of confrontation. 

Together, we seek to dismantle societal narratives, disrupt institutional patterns, and unravel familial and relational stories that no longer serve us. 

We are on a quest for new perspectives and greater clarity towards self-actualization.
